Dr. N. Sundaradevan is an IAS Officer (Retired) who started his service in 1979 and retired in 2012, as the Additional Chief Secretary to the Government of Tamil Nadu. In his distinguished career in the IAS, he has served in several key positions with the Government of Tamil Nadu and on the boards of several public sector companies. He currently serves as the Chairman, State Level Monitoring Committee for Shelter for Urban Homeless in Tamil Nadu. He serves as an Independent Director on the boards of Information Technology Park Limited, Ascendas IT Park (Chennai) Limited and State Trading Corporation.

Dr. P. Jayapal, Former Senior Executive Director, HUDCO. Dr. P. Jayapal is a Doctorate from the Dept. of Architecture & Regional Planning, IIT, Kharagpur, and has over 3 ½ decades of experience in the sector. He has been associated with preparation of the National Capital Region Plan (NCR), Western Ghats Regional Development Plan, and master plan for 10 cities. He has been associated with National Capital Region Planning Board (NCRPB), Central TCPO, and HUDCO.

Dr. Jayapal has been with the Housing and Urban Development Corporation of India (HUDCO) for 25 years at various levels and led its growth as Executive Director (Operations) during 2006-2013, and as Senior Executive Director (Projects) during 2013-2018. He has extensive experience in housing and infrastructure finance. He has been a HUDCO nominated member for varying periods on the Boards of Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor Development Corporation (DMIDC), Karnataka Roads Development Finance Corporation Ltd (KRDFCL), a Govt. of Karnataka Undertaking, and the Goa Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd (GIDCL), a Govt. of Goa Undertaking.

He has also been a Coordinator of the Asia Pacific Ministerial Conference on Housing and Urban Development (APMCHUD) for about a decade. He has been member of country delegations to various events such as that of UN-HABITAT. He has a number articles on housing and urban development related themes in reputed publications. He has participated and shared his views on the sector in various international and national conferences.
