Krishna Chaitanya K is a startup entrepreneur and fund management professional with over 20 years of experience in investing in emerging markets worldwide. He possesses extensive expertise in origination, execution, and portfolio management, as well as in private equity fund-raising, debt raising, debt syndication, debt structuring, and project appraisal.

In his most recent entrepreneurial venture, Krishna achieved remarkable growth in the assets of the operating lease platform, with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) exceeding 30%. He successfully completed two rounds of fund-raising, resulting in profitability for the company. Moreover, he established a promising pipeline of additional assets under lease amounting to approximately US$300 million, delivering multiple returns to the first-round investors.

Before becoming an entrepreneur, he served as the CEO of an Asset Management Company focused on the infrastructure space. During this time, he successfully concluded private equity transactions totalling more than US$2 billion, leading most of them. Additionally, he oversaw structured financing transactions of over US$500 million. In addition to these achievements, he provided advisory services for various transactions in emerging markets, specifically in the economic and social infrastructure sectors. Furthermore, he developed and implemented a proprietary 'Impact Investment Model' throughout the investment life cycle.

Gana SK has been part of the has been part of alternative asset industry and the entrepreneurial ecosystem as a VC professional, Founder/Entrepreneur and Advisor over the last 25 years.

He has leadership roles and has fund life cycle experience in ICICI Ventures, Jumpstartup, Rajasthan Venture capital Fund and StartupXseed Ventures. He has also been part of the founding team in three startups in group messaging, quantitative trading, and micropayments, apart from angel investing and advisory roles in several start-ups.

Gana SK holds an honours degree in Chemical Engineering from NIT, Trichy and an MBA (PGDBM) from XLRI, Jamshedpur.

Janardhan has done his LLM from the National University of Singapore and his Bacherlor’s from the Dr. Ambedkar Law University .

Was on secondment to Tamil Nadu Infrastructure Development Board for 3 years.

He also has expertise in government consulting through his work with Athena Infonomics prior to joining TNIFMC.

Designed and standardized infrastructure project structure, bid criteria and evaluation.

Karthic is a Chartered Accountant with over 6+ years of experience spread across Corporate Advisory and Venture Capital. Prior to TNIFMC, Karthic was part of Inflection Point Ventures (IPV) where he was leading early-stage deals for the firm.

Karthic started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as part of its Corporate Advisory and International tax team. During his tenure at PwC, Karthic worked closely with several fortune 500 companies across diverse sectors, including pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, information technology, and real estate.

In addition to Chartered Accountancy, Karthic has also completed his graduation from Loyola College, Chennai. He also holds a certification in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Examination from West Virginia University.

Malathi Helen has done her B.Sc. (Nutrition & Dietetics) and MA, M.Phil in Sociology from Annamalai University. She has also obtained a Diploma in Project Management from LIBA. She has over 24 years of experience in developmental sector in the Government sector and in externally aided World Bank Projects. She has worked as a Communications, Governance and Accountability Specialist in a World Bank aided Community Driven Development (CDD) Project, where she was involved in Environmental and social impact assessment processes for rural livelihood projects.

She was involved in the preparation of the Draft Third Gender Bill and was nominated as Nodal Officer for the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals - Goal 5 – Gender and Equality of Sustainable Development Goals. She was instrumental in bringing women help line 181 in Tamil Nadu and 32 one-stop centres for women victims across all Districts in Tamil Nadu, which provides rescue & facilities along with medical, legal and counselling service.

Rohit is a Master of Science in Construction Management from Columbia University, New York with over 8 years of experience in the Infrastructure, Real Estate and Construction industry. He started his career working as an Assistant Project Manager for a Construction Management firm in New York, where he spearheaded a multi-million dollar hospitality project. Subsequently, he joined the Major Projects Advisory practice in KPMG New York as an Associate Consultant, where he specialized in advising Fortune 500 clients on strategy, risk, cost, and implementation of capital projects.

After his return to India, he took charge as Director of a Chennai based construction management company, where he was involved in managing construction projects, overseeing all aspects of contract negotiations and project management. His focus was in the Indian road sector PPP projects and affordable housing. roleshit has graduated with a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from College of Engineering Guindy, Anna University.

Sathanbabu is a seasoned investment professional with deal life cycle experience across multiple real estate deals and an experienced credit analyst. He has total work experience of around 15 years.

Prior to joining TNIFMC, he worked in Piramal Capital managing portfolio of real estate investments totalling to more than Rs 1,000 Crore (Debt/Equity). Before Piramal, at ICRA Limited (a Moody’s Investor Services Company) he was leading large corporate ratings for steel and mining sector in South India and has rated over 100 entities across industries in South India. His credit rating experience covers loans availed / debt issued by a range of entities like partnerships, listed entities and corporations, among others.

Sathanbabu holds a PGDM from IIM Kozhikode and was awarded the Gold Medal for Academic Excellence (Institute Rank 1). He did his Electrical and Electronics Engineering from College of Engineering, Guindy. He is also a CFA Charterholder and an active volunteer with CFA Society, India.

Shanmugapraveen is an Investment Analyst - TNESSF. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a PGDM from PSGIM.

He has five years of work experience at Leap Green Energy and TVS Motors in the areas of valuation, financial modelling, due diligence, and taxation. He has also provided consultation services to startups on financial management and fund raising”.

Satish has worked in the investment and strategy verticals for Reliance Energy, JPMorgan, Merrill Lynch and IMU for more than 15 years

He had worked on M&A deal of 1600 MW utility in Jordan at Reliance Energy. He had worked as Equity Research Analyst in JPMorgan covering stocks in Utilities and Industrials sector.

He was also part of $300 mn proprietary trading arm of the DSP Merrill Lynch. He had founded his own startup in the e commerce domain.

Satish is a graduate in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from NIT Trichy and MBA from IIM Bangalore

She is an Engineer turned HR professional, having 4+ years of experience in Human Resources and General Administration.

She supports Head of Operations, executive team members to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently.

She is a (BE., MBA) Graduate from Anna University, Chennai. During her past employment, she developed proven leadership skills, teamwork, and project management skills, and has knowledge on regulatory environment like SEBI, Company Law, RBI Regulations along with exceptional drafting / Business proposal writing skills and perception of handling MS Office 365 tools.

Ms. M. Nageswari is on deputation from Treasuries & Accounts Department and has over 12 years of experience as a finance professional. She is a Associate Member of Cost and Management Accountant.

Divya Kumari works as Manager-Human Resources and is handling end to employee life cycle and managing HR processes of the organisation. She has completed her MBA in Human Resources from ICFAI-Hyderabad and her graduation in Psychology from Sophia College, Mumbai. In her last stint, she was a Camp Host in Taj Safaris. Her past organisations include Patrika and IDBI Asset Management Limited.

Maheswaran K. has 10 years of experience in finance and accounts professional and has vast experience in management of various funds in his last stint at Tamil Nadu Urban Infrastructure Financial Services Limited.

He is a Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) & an associate member of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He also holds bachelor’s degree in commerce from Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli.

She is a qualified Company Secretary with a Master's In Business Management

She has over 12 year’s experience in Banking, Corporate Law & SEBI Regulatory Compliances for AIFs

Her secretarial responsibilities include interaction with Directors, Government Departments, Statutory authorities

Sree Pruthvi B is a Social Expert at TNIFMC. She holds a Master’s degree in Rural Development and Governance from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Hons) from M.O.P Vaishnav College, Madras University. Her previous work experiences involve working on social policy projects and policy research with Poverty Learning Foundation (PLF) and working with rural communities on creating sustainable livelihood projects with Mahila Abhivruddhi Society (APMAS) in Hyderabad.

Mr. Chidambareswaran has done his B.Com. & MA in Political Science from Madras University and CAIIB (Part I & Part II (UTI).

He has done PG diploma in finance from Wellingkar Institute of Management, Mumbai, IRDA qualifying exam from LIC and NSC certified in Mutul Funds

He is skilled in typing (English and Tamil Higher I Class) and Shorthand. Stood 43rd rank all India in UPSC PA’s exam 1987.

He has got an experience of 32 years having worked in Central Government, State Government, PSU & Private Companies with very senior officials and for different departments viz. HR, Administration, Marketing, Investor Relations, Investment Monitoring etc. He has got branch working experience in mutual fund. He was also in-charge of Nominee Directors’ Cell at UTI.

He has worked in Central Electricity Authority, Department of Power, New Delhi, UTI, Mumbai, JM Financial, Mumbai, IDBI MF, Mumbai, Charioteer, Chennai and currently heading the Administration Department at TNIFMC.

He has good organizing skills, maintains good inter-personal relations. He has assisted his Joint Secretary in organizing power ministers conference, conducted more than 75 Investor Relations Programme at UTI Institute of Capital Markets, Navi Mumbai.

Elayaraja is part of the Admin team in TNIFMC since June 2017. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Bank Management). He also has a Diploma in Commuter Applications, Desktop Publicaitons and Multimedia. Prior to joining TNIFMC, he was Admin Manager in the UR Group of Constructions for three years.

During his collegiate/school days he recevied the Rajapushkar Award (scout) received from the Governor of Tamil Nadu and the Rashtrapati Awards for Scouts & Rover-scouts from the President of India.

Ramu is part of the Admin team in TNIFMC since March 2016. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Madras. He also has Diploma in Computer Applications. He has varied expirence in office adminstration during his stints in HDFC Ergo Insurance, Reliance Retail and Professional Couriers.

Vijaya Rajendran has double Masters – M.Sc. (Maths) and M.Sc. (Information Technology). He has a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications as well. His skills include Programming Presentation. He has served the Government of Tamil Nadu for 33 years during which period he has held various positions as Research Assistant, System Analyst and rose to be Senior Systems Manager.

He specializes in School Education Department and has designed Tamil Keyboard Driver. He has developed many training programmes for School Education Department and has maintained server systems and electronic file processing systems.
